Avenue92 è un gruppo Alternative-Rock formatosi nell’estate 2007 a Eraclea,Venezia; nato da una lunga amicizia tra Andrea Giachetto (chitarra e voce), Andrea Vigani (basso e scream) e Marco Mazzucato (batteria).
Nel 2008 i tre registrano in casa il primo album “Music, Fun and Girls” caratterizzato da sonorità prettamente punk-rock.
I primi live nella zona, però, si hanno soprattutto dopo l’uscita, nel 2010, dell’ EP “Feelings and Situations”, stampato in quantità ridotte e reso poi disponibile al download gratuito.
In questa fase il genere, influenzato da nuove correnti musicali, subisce delle variazioni, così come anche la formazione del gruppo che vede l’ingresso di Stefano Franceschetto alla seconda chitarra .
Nel Maggio 2011, esce il primo video ufficiale di un brano tratto dall’EP: “Make You Smile”, seguito poi da altri videoclip di minor rilievo sempre diretti da Daniele Bagolin.
Nello stesso anno prendono parte al progetto “Lucrece” ovvero una raccolta di testi e poesie con in allegato un album contenente versioni acustiche di brani ancora inediti, seguito da un’intervista televisiva.
A Settembre, Stefano Franceschetto lascia la band per dedicarsi agli studi, venendo sostituito da ********.
Attualmente, gli Avenue92 stanno ultimando il primo album ufficiale di cui l’uscita è prevista nel Gennaio 2012.

Avenue92 is an Alternative-Rock band formed in the summer 2007 in Eraclea, Venice; born by a strong friendship between Andrea Giachetto (guitar and voice), Andrea Vigani (bass and scream) e Marco Mazzucato (drum).
In 2008 the three guys recorded at home their first album “Music, Fun and Girls” characterized by purely punk-rock sonority.
But the first live shows in the area began after the release, in 2010, of the EP “Feelings and Situations”, printed in small quantities and then made available for the free download.
In this period the genre, influenced by new music currents, undergoes changes, as well as the line up of the band that imply the entry of Stefano Franceschetto as second guitarist.
In May 2011, they filmed their first official music video of a song taken from the EP: “Make You Smile”, followed then by other less relevant videoclips totally directed by Daniele Bagolin.
In the same year they take part of the project “Lucrece”, that is a collection of lyrics and poems with an attached album made of acustic versions of unpublished songs, followed by a TV interview.
In September, Stefano Franceschetto leaves the band to study, being replaced by *******.
Actually, Avenue92 are maturing the first official album which release is expected for January 2012.
